I have a blueyonder email and the phone does not update the incoming and outgoing. what can I do?
I am sorry you are having problems with your email we will do our best to help. Is it the same email address that you have registered on the forum?
If so it is looking good from here, basic SMTP POP3 and IMAP checks working.
It may be worth checking the settings on the phone Email Settings for all Virgin Media domains If that does not do it perhaps try a login to My Virgin media to change the email password and then update the phone (If it is an iphone please bear this in mind Ipad/Iphone SMTP why deleting and recreating an account DOESN'T fix it.
