Suddenly cannot connect to my hotmail email account through android email app. Other email accounts are OK. Hotmail works fine on pc.
Outlook app on mobile working ok
Any suggestions please.
Sorry to hear about your difficulties using Hotmail through your phones email app. Can I ask what phone you are using? Are you seeing any error messages?
As a first step, I'd recommend removing and re-adding the email account on the handset.
If you still experience any difficulty with your email by all means let me know.

Many thanks for your interest Dave. I had removed and re-installed the email a number of times yesterday and even followed the manual instructions on the Virgin mobile website. All to no avail.
Switched on this morning, loaded the Outlook email app once again and - hey presto - it worked, and has been all day.
