I keep getting a pop up message to say that there is a receiving error under code 0x800CCC92 and that the server rejected my log in. I haven't changed the username or password and my knowledge isn't enough to know what to do to solve this problem. Lots of the help on the internet uses technical terminology which I don't understand. Can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance if you can.
I am replying to my own question because I have resolved the issue. When I logged on to Virgin Media last week I was told create a new password which I did. What I didn't know was that I had to change the Blue yonder Outlook password to match my new log in password. Have now done this and am now able to send and receive emails as usual. A prompt from VM at the point of changing the account password would have helped a non techy such as me.
