Oops server error #707

Hello,

I can see my email account and I can open folders and emails.

If I delete emails, they return to my account.

If I compose a reply to an email and send, I get "Oops server error #707".

I have had this for about a week now, never had any problem in the past and can access my account from work.

Please help.

Thank you

Gareth

Hi begarth,

I'm sorry to see that you are having problems with your email.

There doesn't appear to be any faults open for this type of error message.

Are you using a client or getting this issue through webmail?

Thanks,

Kath

Re: Oops server error #707

Hello Kath,

Thank you very much for getting in touch.

I was beginning to wonder if it was solvable.

It still happens at home.

I can see my email account, open emails, open folders, delete emails and write emails.

But a written email will not send and I get the Oops server error #707 message.

If I then return to my account, all the emails I have deleted or filed are back where they started.

My account is frozen at home.

I am accessing my account via

http://mail.virginmedia.com/mail/?AuthEventSource=SSO#inbox

Does that answer your question?

Thank you and hope to hear back soon

Gareth

Re: Oops server error #707

Hi begarth,

Hmm this is a strange one.

The next step here would be to speak to the Faults team as I am at a loss i'm afraid :smileysad:

You can reach them on 151 (free) from a Virgin Media land line or alternatively 0845 454 1111 (chargeable) from any other line.

Thanks,

Kath
