My ntlworld email keeps saying my username or password is incorrect using the built in mail client or outlook both on my mobile. I can sign in through webmail fine. It's been like it for the last 5 or 6 days and I have tried removing and re-adding the account. I have tried the ntlworld and virginmedia imap server
Apologies for the email access issue you're having problems with. I wonder if there's actually a different, SMTP related, issue rather than incorrect credentials? I have encountered this before so think it wise to check out.
