It has been nearly two weeks since my laptop started having problems reaching the Virgin email server. What is going on? Every day the engineer is on his way and every day the fix date gets put back.
Welcome to the forums, I'm sorry to see you have been having trouble with your emails.
Are you having trouble accessing webmail or Client mail?
Are you able to access the emails from any other device?
There is a fault open at the moment for intermittent loss of webmail ref F004841712. Is the is the fault you were talking about?
The team who deal with this are still working on the issue and will resolve it as soon as they can.
