New Email Account

I have created a new email account which I am unable to access. Any ideas?

What do you mean? Can't send from it? Can't see in My VirginMedia? You need to be more specific if we are to advise.

Hi,

When I try to access my account I am told to verify various images .with a shop front. after doing this the Sign In re-appears without my password.

This simply recaptcha working on your system to avoid spammers. Easily solved. Clear your browser cache and cookies and all should b well. Google for how to do this. Google recaptcha as well if you want to know what it is. Nothing at all to do with your account not being available.

Hi Howard,

Thanks for your response.I did what you suggested but unfortunately it still did not work.I have resolved the issue by opening an account elsewhere.Thanks anyway.
