New Alias - where?

Hi, I created a new email alias today after finding my account migrated to Google. The only option I had was a new virginmedia.com address. (I'm a blueyonder client for my main account) I was allowed to create the alias but as yet I've still not been able to access this account. I'm hoping this new alias will become a new email account with Google, but have seen nothing yet. Does anyone have any idea where (Google?) or when (account created) I'll see this new alias in use? Many Thanks!

Re: New Alias - where?

New Aliases cannot be created.

Each new @virginmedia.com address is a seperate mailbox, and will need to be logged into seperately.

As soon as you create a new e-mail address you should be able to use it immediately

All customers can have up to 10 mailboxes (up from 5 for @blueyonder.co.uk customers)

Re: New Alias - where?

Well that might be how its 'supposed' to work.

But it didn't.

I created the new mailbox, via selfcare, and it shows up there, and i've reset the password, twice.

And its still not accessible.

So it seems like the process isn't working for whatever reason.
