Yes renewing the page used to work now just does not. It did until yesterday.
Ntlworld was my first email and I keep it for bills and close family only. The other stuff is divided between two Outlooks(hence the spam goes there such as 20 Fedex parcels a day LOL), I need to contact them about.
Have you tried using a different browser, Chrome, IE or Edge?
Several people have reported that works for them.
In the longer term it would be better for you to access your VM emails through an email client. That would also make it easier for you to check your other email accounts because you would then be able to check them all in one place. Google "best email clients 2017" or something similar for more information.
BTW - I know what you mean about the non delivered Fedex parcels. I also get lots of emails about unpaid parking fines in places I have never been and security issues with bank accounts that I don't have.
You don't have to use an email client - that's completely up to you.
I only offered that advice because I have a similar set of various email accounts to you, each with it's own password and credentials, and using an email client (Mozilla Thunderbird for a few years and now Outlook 2016) definitely works best for me. Oh, and it means I never have the problems you're facing now
