NTL world email problems

Hi for the last week I have my been unable to log into my ntl world email account. It says my details I have entered are incorrect, I have had this account for at least 10 - 15 years so I know I am entering the correct details. It is linked to an account which is still a current Virgin Media customer so it shouldn't have been removed. I have tried logging on with several different devices too so I don't think its browser settings

I have been reading lots of people are having this problem, so its definitely something that Virgin Media have done recently, could you tell me the situation please?  Thanks

You only posted at 9pm last night.

It's currently taking the Forum Team around 7 days to get to posts.

When is the last time you tried accessing the mail account?

A couple of weeks ago it was logging in fine, I have used it regularly

If you need a quick response you need to ring in to 151 and take broadband faults option.  The Forum Team will get to the thread but it may take a while as they have a backlog of posts to answer.

Certainly it shouldn't have been removed.  Have you tried logging into my.virginmedia.com and using the Forgotten password option?
