Hi for the last week I have my been unable to log into my ntl world email account. It says my details I have entered are incorrect, I have had this account for at least 10 - 15 years so I know I am entering the correct details. It is linked to an account which is still a current Virgin Media customer so it shouldn't have been removed. I have tried logging on with several different devices too so I don't think its browser settings
I have been reading lots of people are having this problem, so its definitely something that Virgin Media have done recently, could you tell me the situation please? Thanks
