NTL web mail not loading

I'm trying to work out why I can not load webmail on my friends computer. I log in but the page will not load.

Tried using another computer and it works fine. As far as I can see all the security and option settings seem to be the same. Tried disabling the firewall but still will not work.

Spent hours on this, any ideas?

Also google will not search when first started, the suggestions come up as I type but when I press search nothing happens. If I go to images that works, go back to search and it all works again???

Any ideas our there?

Have you tried clearing the cookies and cache of your friends browser, or resetting the browser to defaults, these diagnostics should clear up any issues signing in.

If you have further issues, then possibly a cleanup is needed for your friends computer.
