My wifes email account

My wifes email account is an offshoot of mine, she got a text saying her account has been sending spam. I cannot get into it to change settings as far as I know when I set it up there was no password used as it is basically my account. I have tried "forgotton my password" but nothing happens she very rarely uses the account. What can I do ?

Welcome to the forums, I'm sorry to see you have been having trouble with your wife's email. 

 

Pop me the details of the email address in question via PM, and I will be able to see if the email is still active from this side. 

 

You should be able to change the password details via My Virgin Media is the account is technically a secondary account.
