Well in the absence of important information such as.
What are you sending from? What error messages are you getting?
My guess is that your outgoing settings are wrong.
Either - you're not set up to use smtp authentication. Or your outgoing password is wrong.
Outgoing settings should be this
host/server smtp.<email domain> e.g. smtp.virginmedia.com port 465 SSL on My outgoing server requires authentication. (On Apple devices use Authentication type password) Username - Your email address Password - password for that email address.
If necessary try deleting the password in the smtp settings and re entering it.

Re: My virgin email account won't send any emails Error code ID: 0x8CCC000 emails send on phone though
Thank you kindly for giving unto us the outgoing settings.
However, you have not supplied us with the settings that we need for the incoming as do not forget that to edit them we have to choose to edit the server settings manually so we need to know the incoming as well as the outgoing. Are you able to provide these for us please? If so please post them.
Emails do not send using the desktop application they just stay in the outbox. However, they will send on my phone when I wish and do not stay in the outbox.
