I log on to the virgin website to access my emails, having had terrible trouble with internet explorer, I had a folder for particularly important and sensetive emails, since the alterations I am able to send emails to it, but i simply cannot browse the folder, the messages contained in it are hopefully still there as it says there are 1700 or so in it...what do i need to do to access this important material? in desperation, Brian

Sorry to hear the trouble you are currently having with the folder.
It should be as simple as clicking into the folder to access your email's, We can certainly have a look into this to help resolve this issue for you, however you would need to call us and speak to our technical team as we would need to replicate the fault from our end and cannot do this via the forums due to DPA procedures.
