Multiple pornographic emails

this morning I deleted 5 pornographic spam emails, I did the same last night. I posted 4 weeks ago about this and it is getting worse. Still no comment at all from Virgin media. This is just not good enough, your filters are failing. How do I report this problem to you directly, not just on an ignored forum?

Re: Multiple pornographic emails

Try Netreport

Alternatively find an email provider that is better suited to your needs. However, if that is not an appropriate alternative consider using a service similar to Cloudmark's DesktopOne; their Basic Mode service is free (though limited) and their Pro Mode service is also free for limited time.

Re: Multiple pornographic emails

Thanks appreciate you taking time to reply - more than Virgin Media has bothered to do.As both my husband and I have had our emails for years we dont really want the hassle of changing. Perhaps that's lazy but practical for us. As I pay Virgin media a lot of money for a package and pay again for Norton I still feel they should be able to sort it out.

will try the cloudmar

Re: Multiple pornographic emails

if everyone who receives these were to forward them all to Mr Mockridge the Virgin CEO, then maybe Virgin would get around to doing something about it.

( his email is not that hard to find- it pops up regularly on this forum )

I'm sure he;d appreciate seeing  what his customers have to see every day in their morning in-boxes Smiley Happy

if not that, then maybe its time to invite Watchdog to produce a juicy expose - no shortage of content, but they'd better broadcast it after 9pm Smiley Happy

& is it not some sort of offence to knowingly and repeatedly transmit unsolicited extreme pornography - & Virgin can hardly claim they do not know about it
