Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer

Windows 10 -

Trying to sign on to the Virgin website - my account via I.E & Edge but cant see the box to click -

It should affect all of your devices, regardless of the web browser used, for 24 hours. In any case, it is fortunate that one of your browsers is somehow not affected by it.

The robot check will clear automatically after 24 hours from the time point you triggered it at. Try to limit the amount of times you log in and out in a 3-5 minute timer period to avoid triggering it.

So if there is no box to tick, you are locked out?

My wife is using Windows 10 and has the problem. If I get the problem in Windows 7, I get the tick box, so the problem is much less disruptive.

Fundamental functionality issue I think. Grounds for leaving Virgin Media, if not resolved?
