Due to a recent upgrade to our email service, you may need to make a few small changes to ensure that your email program keeps working.

If you're using Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8 remember you can change your email setting automatically by clicking here.

But if you want to make these changes manually, choose the relevant link below to see the new settings you need.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  You must be connected to your home broadband connection to order to send through smtp.ntlworld.com

If you have Microsoft Outlook please leave SMTP authentication disabled otherwise you will be unable to send e-mail.  

If you have any other e-mail program and experience issues sending e-mail, please disable SMTP authentication and try again.
