The advice given by Graham_A is correct; if you opt to change your password then you'll find the continue button becomes selectable. You will probably be able to change it to the same password that you are already using if it fulfills the criteria Graham_A has stated.

Thanks for trying to help but I think I will give up on this. There is no email for me in any folder wether in the main inbox or the trash in my Gmail or the Virgin and on top of that my Virgin mail now will not open at all.
I personaly think the so called programers are just plain stupid.

Hi Nicola_C, so far nothing found I have searched all my address and the spam plus the bins nothing.
What does the heading look like to give me a clue to what I'm looking for?
I would be phoning you now but the battery is to low on our mainline house phone.

What a mess ended up on another persons email site would you believe. two blokes from Virgin email help, one could not sort it out, he contacted another chap who gave me an address told me that it had to be ntl as blueyonder does not exist!
Has any body got the full twelve email address's up and running???????

Still no joy with getting my email address to work even with the so called experts.
All I wanted was an extra email address, we are suppose to have up to twelve I'm told. I have three.
