I can't log onto my email, says mail2.virginmedia.com took too long to respond ..what do l do to correct this?

Nothing - the problem is at Virgin's end.

If you try the tests in the first post you'll be able to confirm if your suffering from the same problem.  Virgin are aware of the issue, and have confirmed in another thread that the webmail issue you are experiencing is linked.  No fix date as yet though Smiley Sad
