Vent away, we don't mind at all. It is frustrating having to keep refreshing the login page to gain access to webmail. This is still being worked on by our Email team and we shall let you know when progress is made, though I imagine you'd find out for yourself anyway simply by logging in to webmail with no issues.
In the meantime some customers report that using Google Chrome requires less page refreshes and we recommend setting an email client.

It should be pointed out that the infamous Spam filtering options have been changed to mark as spam and deliver to spam folder pretty much across the board, so the spam options shouldn't need changing. (I would never recommend rejecting all spam until I know the spam filters are working properly, and not even then).

Well in my case it was to turn off ALL spam filtering (instead of marking it as SPAM and still delivering it) - trouble is I've forgotten a password for a Jobs Listing board where I finally spotted a vacancy in my skillset/requirements, so I asked for a password reset and now the email to do that has evaporated/never got to me and re-asking that site after making that change is just getting a polite notice that they have already sent a password reset email and to check in my Spam Folder.
