Locked out of my Blueyonder (Virgin) email account
I received an automated phonecall on my Virgin house phone to tell me that my email account had been hacked and was sending spam,it told me to change my password.
I have tried everything to access my account It tells me I have filled in the username and/or password incorrectly though both have not changed since I got the account. but I can't access it to change my password. Ironically I see there's a tick box to be emailed should there be an answer... how will I know if I can't access it?

Make sure you are attempting to log in with your primary details.
If you are attempting to log in with your primary details please pop across the details of the email in question and I will investigate further. Send the information across to me via PM (purple envelope, top right hand corner).
