I access my emails via a Samsung tablet and my PC. On my tablet all my emails are showing perfectly normally, including the one I am complaining about. However, on my PC the same email, which shows correctly on the tablet, is not showing any images at all on my PC. There is not even a show image icon coming up for it. Also as the email is a confirmation email there is a tracking number on it for me to track my parcel, this link is also not working on either the PC or the tablet?
Is this something else being caused by your email issues at present, or is this something completely different?
Whatever is causing the issue, it is very frustrating and hopefully you can explain why on one platform an email is presenting correctly, while on another it is not and looks totally different.
I am having no issues with displaying the email properly on my smartphone and tablet which are both synced to my virgin email account.
The settings for my email account on the pc, my smartphone and my tablet are all the same as I have checked this so I can only think that it is the way that the pc sees this email is different to the tablet and phone for some reason. I will probably never know as all other emails received today have not had the issue on the pc. Conclusion - must be this email only for some reason. If I order from the same company again, will have to see if it happens again as this will then definitely answer the query for me.
