I want to upgrade to a new Hub 3.0. Your letter says I must do so before April 30. Please upgrade me.
My name is Alan Cochrane. Removed. We have Virgin broadband, phone and TV. I have received a letter advising me to upgrade to Hub 3.0 by April 30. I've also been informed that I was sent this piece of kit last September but because I didn't instal it by your deadline I had to send it back, which I did.
Can you please assist.
