I have tried to enter another email address!

I have tried to enter another email address but I get this message

The email address you gave us appears on more than one of our customer records.

Please call 789 from your Virgin Mobile phone so we can merge your accounts.but this is impossible because I have a speech defect and I do not possess a text phone!
