I cannot receive email on any of my secondary accounts.

Just started happening today. No settings have been changed. Receiving emails on my primary account okay now since resetting my password. I have managed to log into webmail through my primary account but cannot access my 3 secondary accounts. A

Can anyone please help?

I get this message when I try to access my secondary email accounts and I cannot even add a new account getting the following message:

Hi robwilkins,

 

Thanks for getting in touch, I'm sorry to see you have been having trouble accessing your emails. 

 

When you log into My Virgin Media can you see the accounts as active? 

 

  • If unsure log in
  • Go to the tab My Profile
  • Select Manage accounts
  • View email addresses

If you cannot view them or you are having trouble logging into My Virgin media let me know. It may also help to pop me a PM (Purple Envelope, top right hand corner) with email addresses you are having trouble accessing and I will take a further look into this for you here.
