I cannot receive email on any of my secondary accounts.
Just started happening today. No settings have been changed. Receiving emails on my primary account okay now since resetting my password. I have managed to log into webmail through my primary account but cannot access my 3 secondary accounts. A
If you cannot view them or you are having trouble logging into My Virgin media let me know. It may also help to pop me a PM (Purple Envelope, top right hand corner) with email addresses you are having trouble accessing and I will take a further look into this for you here.
