I cannot login to my email this evening...

The message says that the username/password is not recognised. But I am certain that it is correct and I was using it only 3 hours ago...

 

It is a virgin.net email address that i have had for years.

 

Has my account been blocked???

You should still be able to access e-mail via:

 

http://mail.ntlworld.com for @ntlworld.com addressess

 

http://mail.virgin.net for @virgin.net

 

http://mail.blueyonder.co.uk for @bluyonder.co.uk

 

http://mail.virginmedia.com for @virginmedia.com

 

I have just tried these with both a @virginmedia.com and @ntlworld.com address and they are both working

 

Just to point out the login now requires you to use your full e-mail address as the username

I am having the same problem.  The sign-in page has changed and I can't log in.  I know that my user-name and password are correct.   What is going on?

1) Make sure you are going to the same address as your email domain

2) Make sure you are entering your FULL email address as the username

I too cannot access webmail geting the message username pasword rejected.

 

And yes I have entered my full email address & correct pasword, what have VM do to the login page, it's joke!!!

The work to upgrade the services are continuing until late tonight, so there may be times where the login doesn't work as expected, as it is very complex upgrades they are doing

 

Appreciate it is annoying that you can't log in, but the upgrades will be worth it
