I have had a complaint from a friend that her emails to my blueyonder.co.uk address are being bounced with the following error message:
The following message to *****@blueyonder.co.uk was undeliverable.The reason for the problem: 550 mx4.tb.ukmail.iss.as9143.net bizsmtp Connection rejected. Your IP 126.96.36.199 is in RBL.
Is this a Virgin media problem or someone else?

The IP is owned by TalkTalk. Your sender's email address is presumably with them.
They should "talk" to TalkTalk.

Email from someone needs to be sent by a well know Email server and not from a normal IP which by “Your IP 188.8.131.52 is in RBL” is their IP.
