How can i escalate a complaint with virgin media

I have had issues in the past with my email addresses and they were resolved but now they have returned with a vengeance. I have 6 email addresses but can only see 2, and I can only access 1.

Have they been cancelled? If so can I have them back?

Can you also tell me how to access the others that I can see but not use as apparently I do not have the correct authority.

I appreciate that I can call 150 but thought this board should know that there are still issues.

Is there someone out there from Virgin Media? I have been a customer since Telewest days(1995).

Can you see the addresses you are trying to access in your "My Virgin Media" account?

So the one you cant access in My Vm, change the password, and see if that lets you access it

Are the others legacy accounts (@ntlworld or @virgin.net)?

No joy accessing emails, reset password and still same.

All email addresses are .blueyonder.co.uk including the one I can access.

On holiday just now but will try calling 150 when I get home.
