How is it that it takes a huge amount of time and effort and re tries to get onto this help desk community and my virgin email is so easy to hack. All my contacts have been hacked and emails sent out to everyone. Sometimes it takes a long time before the email page actually presents itself to use. Any one else have problems with this company's email. I cannot see advertised on site but is there a help desk and complaints desk actually manned and paid for by virgin media itself rather than them getting the public to do it for them?
Anyone know how you email/write a complaint to the company itself?
Welcome to the forum. First point - this forum is staffed and paid for by Virgin Media although it is not the place to come for urgent issues as it can take the staff several days to get to posts. Other community users can and do reply more quickly to point you in the right direction.
If you want to talk to a staff member directly then call in and select the broadband fault option, that team deals with email issues: The numbers to ring are 150 free from a VM mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (chargeable as standard UK landline phone no.).
