HTTP500 internal server errors and also app authentication - complaint

Just set up and used immediately viriginmedia email.   HTTP500 error messages for hours.   Tried several routes to no avail.  

Trying also to authenticate app - followed instructions, wifi off, strong 4G signal - switched on and off several times - not good.

What a waste of time.

Welcome to our forum, I am sorry that you encountered HTTP500 error I wonder what was causing it. One would think if it was a common problem with our server that there would be lots more reports, I wonder if something obscure has caused it to error trap. Are you still having problems, what operating system and app is it? Although it should not cause this error it may be worth checking that all your settings are correct Email Settings for all Virgin Media domains
