Thomas Cook have said they sent 2 emails in Feb 2016 notifying me of a change in flight time. I know I haven't read/ seen these. Is there any way of finding out whether I received an email on a certain date? Nothing is ever in my spam file and I hadn't saved it as I normally would with any flight info. Not in trash.
Welcome to our forum, I am sorry you have not received or are unable to find an email, most frustrating. There is no direct way of checking whether you have received a specific email on a date apart from checking the various boxes/folders on webmail. Do you have any devices configured with IMAP as this gives them the power to move or remove them from webmail so may be worth checking each individual device for the emails, trash folder etc.
