Emails that I send to NTLWORLD email addres are being flagged as spam

I run an ecommerce store - so whenever anyone makes a purchase they are emailed an invoice.

 

Recently we have had an issue that anyone with an NTLWORLD.COM email address dont get these invoice emails - as NTLWORLD says they are spam  (they arent by the way - they are legitimate invoices)

 

I have tried the chat online option - and I have tried calling - but end up in a never ending queue - so in the vain hope that someone from the helpdesk reads theses forum posts  here goes (I live in hope)

 

 

The message bounce back I get says :-

ps - the email content does contain html and 1 link which go back the website where they bought the goods.

 

Amazon, eBay, Google etc - also contain such links in their invoices...

There was a Headteacher that had exactly the same problem the other week as have 1000's of others.

 

This has been going on for a month or two and there appears to be little chance of it being sorted unless you can get Virgin to whitelist you 

 

You could ask your customers to use a different email address but you can't as they wont get your email, welcome to Catch 22

 Can you also help as I'm having the same issue with my Club Domain jeepowners.club inspire of SPF and DKIM being enabled ?

Thanks for your post and I'm sorry to hear about the trouble your having with rejected email.

 

You've mentioned SPF in your post have you read the post we've placed here regarding this. We can whitelist your address but I would just make sure you've read and understood the article and that it's definitely SPF affecting you.

Hi Ralph,

I also have an ecommerce store and am being affected by this issue. ntlworld and blueyonder addresses are bouncing back emails from the store itself (provided by photoshelter.com, a large service so others will also no doubt be having the same problems), and from my personal email addresses - making it nearly impossible to contact affected customers, it's unbelievably frustrating!)

How can I get all these emails addresses whitelisted?? I don't have these problems from any other email services, only Virgin's.

I have just started having this same issue, it has been fine mailing to this person prior to this week.

The message i get is
