Emails rejecting with SPAM content - but there is none! Business critical

When sending out emails to clients with important notifications, all virgin and blueyonder emails are being rejected. We have been thoroughly investigating this for weeks now. Our SPF record is correct, we are not on any spam lists, and we are using MS Office 365. This is causing serious implications to our business now.

 

Can somebody assist please?

Thanks for getting in touch, though sorry to see you're having problems mailing Virgin domains, from the header details you've included it looks this is down to spam restrictions on out platform.

I have just phoned second line support about this problem yet again. They still don't seem to be either understanding or acknowledging the problem. They have promised to phone back with an update, but they promised that the last time and never did.

 

Please could you explain why you are responding to mass mailers with private messages explaining how to get this problem sorted, but you are giving no information to the rest of us? It feels very much like VM are trying to keep the lid on this problem and pretend it doesn't exist because it is not so visible to the average user as the Spam filter problem.

I'm beyond frustrated at the impossibility of finding out what's going on. At the beginning of this saga, although it was annoying, I accepted that it was inevitable that VM would have teething problems with a major e-mail migration, but the lack of communication has made a bad problem much, much worse.

Can somebody help me also. I run an online business. Any customer that have email addresses ending in ntlworld or blueyonder cannot receive our emails as they get bounced as containing spam content.

 

There is no spam of any sort in our emails and our server is not blacklisted anywhere else. But it is really annoying YOUR customers.

Sorry you are encountering this issue attempting to email our customers.

 

We try to investigate these issues on an individual basis and tend to use PMs to gather or impart sensitive account information, please be assured there is nothing more to it than that.

We are also experiencing this issue - why is it not being resolved despite countless posts on here from companies experiencing problems sending genuine emails to virginmedia customers....

I've resorted to emailing your CEO directly such is my frustration at this issue.... this is costing us customers and money.

If someone who actually has it in their power to resolve this problem could get in touch I'd be very grateful...

It may be because people have marked your emails as spam and hence you are on one of our filter lists.
