My virgin.net account will no longer send emails from my phone. Works fine using webmail though. I've tried deleting the account and checked the incoming and outgoing settings and all appears ok. Can receive ok but sending just sits in outbox. Please help?
Welcome to our forum, I am sorry you are having problems sending email from your phone. Is the email address concerned the same one you have registered on this forum? If so this is on an old closed account and may cease at any time. If you have a broadband account with us please give us a call 150 from a Virgin media phone line ot 0345 4541111 from others to discuss your options.
