Once again a lot of my emails are going missing. People are sending me things which I'm just not getting. Combined with a broadband outage now in its fifth day, this makes me a very unhappy Virgin customer. Any suggestions before I find a new ISP?
Having same issues here - the actual emails are being sent, but Virgin's servers aren't responding, the emails arrive around 5 hours later, or more!
Virgin Media, we use blueyonder for our email services (work) and we are getting emails that are being delayed by upwards of 5 hours. This is NOT acceptable for a email service.. never mind one being used for work.
