hi there I got a message from virgin media entitled re: existing online 

it was asking me for information so they could continue with my order. 

I am only worried because I have just upgraded my tv box and I was worried that it was about that.

Thanks for getting in touch, I am sorry to see you have had a strange email. If you ever get an email that you are unsure about never give out your information. 

 

Take a look at our advice on Phishing here. 

 

The best thing to do in this circumstance is to give us a call 150 free from a Virgin land line or 0345 454 1111 (usually comes out of your minutes from any other phone) as they will be able to run through any details about the order with you and take any new information if required.
