I have my emails transferred to Microsoft Outlook on my PC and regularly sign in to my Virgin email account to check for any messages that have been classified as spam and put in my spam folder (often they are genuine messages and not spam at all !!).
However when checking today I notice that the spam folder is missing from the list on the left hand side of my screen - where has it gone please ?
Probably nowhere - just a glitch in the system It's been poorly most of the day). Log out and back in and that should solve it. Post back here if no luck.
