Hi. I have an email account ending @virgin.net, used both on my laptop via broadband and my virgin smartphone. Yesterday when I tried to access my email account on my smartphone I was told that my password is not valid.
Anybody else had this problem ie is it me or them?
Go into My VirginMedia d change your password for the same one as you are currently using. This causes the VM password servers to resync and should solve your issue. If it doesn't, post back here and we'll advise further.

I am having the same problem. It's as if somebody has changed my email password as I cannot access my account using either my ipad or laptop. I've tried logging in via the webmail server and that tells mr my password is invalid as well. Can anyone help please?
