I keep getting a message saying I'm using the wrong username or password when I try to access email - and then get stuck in an endless loop. This happens when I try to access from my laptop, my mobile and my work laptop.
I am sorry you are having problems accessing your email, the dreaded username and password can be most frustrating!
Is the email address concerned the same one you have registered on this forum? If so it seems to be passing login checks okay here.
It may be worth login to My Virgin Media and changing the mailbox password or following the forgot my password links.
