Email log on

For nearly 2 months why is it taking so long to sign in to my Email account?

After numerous attempts i have to give up and try later.

This is ridiculous, how long is this going to go on for? When will it be sorted?

Pay for a service and not getting it fully

Welcome to our forum, I am sorry you are having Webmail problems, we do monitor and try to be proactive as issues arrive however personally I do not think it will ever be as good as using a client or an app, perhaps it is worth considering setting one up Using Virgin Media Mail with Mail Clients

Better still do what I'm doing which is  to ditch Virgin and go direct to Gmail  bypassing Virgin completely.

Just to reset my pass word for this blog  yesterday took 7 hours by which time the reset code had gone inactive, for a communication company their lacking something
