Email help page has a broken link

Not strictly asking for email help but a page on VirginMedia.com about how to configure email clients has a link which produces a 404 missing page error.

The page is: http://help.virginmedia.com/system/selfservice.controller?CMD=VIEW_ARTICLE&ARTICLE_ID=2726

The broken link is on the text: "Mail settings for addresses ending in @blueyonder.co.uk".

I can't see anywhere else to report this error so I hope the forum staff can bring it to the webmasters' attention.

Thank you.

Re: Email help page has a broken link

This has been reported several times.  I reported it last week and was promised it would be fixed quickly - however, as you can see it hasn't been yet.

In the mean time you can find the blueyonder settings in this post: http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Email/Virgin-Media-Email-settings/m-p/3166396#U3166396

The Forum Team have already referred this for correction. Should have been done by now. I'll alert the Mods. In the meantime look here:

And most importantly well done for reporting it this way. You did good. @ModTeam

Re: Email help page has a broken link

Good to know! I noticed this error many months ago and thought it was temporary and would be fixed soon but seeing it still there I just had to say something.
