Email forbidden

I have the same problem as a user who posted this question.

I can login to my virgin media account but not my email.  It accepts my username and my password and then comes up with a white screen with the word "Forbidden".

I can see that it appears to have been successfully answered, but  can see how I can find the answer.. am I being thick?

The usual solution is to clear your​ browser cache and delete virginmedia cookies. However, until webmail is working again, this may not help
