According to the Service Status everything is normal and the recent email hiatus is over. But I am getting messages sent to my Namesco domain email address and forwarded to my virginmedia.com email address only after a long delay. The most recent example arrived 11.5 hours after it was sent. And two emails that I know were sent, one from two days ago, have not arrived.
Namesco have confirmed that the problem is with the VM servers.
I hope someone from VM can tell us what is going on and whether any emails have been permanently lost.
