Since Wednesday lunchtime it appears my email account has got locked out.
On my iphone it says verify account info on mail settings if i request new mail and when i try using the webmail logon it keeps saying i have tried 5 times, please verify i am not a robot.
I did change the password last week but it was working fine post the password change and i know i have entered the correct details.
Can somebody take a look and confirm the account has not been locked out at your end and just requires an unlock due to too many attempts.
p.s. i did try calling 0800 052 9429, but they pointed me at talk talk not helpful at all

Since posting have you been able to reset your account and access your mails?
As far as I am aware, all virgin.net email addresses are now closed and have moved over to Talk Talk.
If you have connected your address to a Cable account and you are still having issues, come back and let us know.
