My e-mail accounts keep getting locked every week after I have received a letter from virginmedia saying that one of my e-mail accounts is being used to send spam e-mails, the problem is that the e-mail address given was deleted from my account about 6 months ago , therefore I do not have access to it to delete again.
I have read that this problem was previously flagged up on this forum before and a forum team member was able to have the problem resolved.
Any advice on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
