I had a VM account and VM email address but then started a company so transferred the account to VM Business. I found out later that I would lose my VM email address as the VM Business Company do not support it. I find this strange when I am still paying VM £50 per month for the Businees broadband and phone.
Thanks for the reply, Ben. I wish they had told me this when I switched accounts. The email address is linked to so many things that it is painful changing. Will have to put up with it until contract runs out, I suppose.
