I left Virgin a couple of years ago, my email address wasn't closed down but this last few weeks it's stopped working. When I try to reset my password it says my email isn't recognised. I obviously have lots of things in my emails that I need to get to. How do I do this?
I suspect you are out of luck. You've had two years to sort this. VM clear out this kind of account regularly and delete all its contents. They should do after 90 days but some slip through. You might be lucky. Phone 0345 454 1111 and wait on the line until the menus clear. Discuss. The address and contents may not have gone fully yet but I don't hold out much hope.
