I am unable to access my virgin media email account since windows 10 updated and each time I put in my pass work an error message appears as follows. Something went wrong, We're sorry but we weren't able to do that error code 0x8007003. Any ideas?
I am using the mail on windows 10 as far as i am aware, it was fine until 2 days ago when the laptop did an update and now it tells me my account settings are out of date, it then asks for a password which is none of the passwords that I input!
you will see that it is a common issue with windows 10 mail app. The links in the thread will give you some guidance.
