Every time I try and sign in to my virgin email through the Virgin page it fails to connect. Totally baffled by it. Right username and password just the timer goes on and on...
I'm so sorry about this. At the time you posted we did have a fault raised for webmail access. The Forum notification about this can be read here.
However, since yesterday, access has been restored so I'm hoping this is all working for you now. If not please post an update and we'll do what we can to help.
