Email Issues - trouble signing in

I've been having trouble signing in on and off for a while now but recently it is every night. Anyone know why this is. Everything else works fine. Have attached photo of screen when I try to sign in.Screenshot (80).png

Do you have an alternative browser installed? If so try that.

If you scan this forum you will find many other reports of such issues.

VM webmail seems problematic for some users. Refreshing the page by pressing Ctrl F5 often helps.

VM claim to be investigating the problem.

My advice would be to forget about webmail and use an email app to access your VM email.

Control F5 hasn't made any difference. Been with virgin for eight years and never had problem until recently.

Thanks that worked - previously I was using Google Chrome and couldn't sign in but I have just managed to sign in with Internet Explorer :-)

Why should we, the customer, try to find solutions to what is a supplier, VM, problem. They should test the software fully before releasing it !!

Fine - an excellent position to adopt. So go without your e-mail then and rubbish all the advice you get on this community forum which does its best to help when the going gets rough. I'm being direct because going the way you want to is a recipe for disaster for all those people we help or who read the Forum and who would otherwise be completely frustrated when VM don't clear issues quickly - as they seem unable to do in this case (reasons unknown). It's OK to be frustrated at VM (we are too). It is not OK to deny help to people who need it.
